JOB DESCRIPTION – 

• Electrical, mechanical and electronic servicing of industrial weighing and labelling equipment 

• Setup and installation of industrial weighing and labelling equipment

• Carryout repairs on industrial scales and weight indicators

• Routine service & calibration 

• Fault finding 

• Technical telephone support

• Configuration of weighing machines and weighbridges

• Liaise internally with relevant departments

• Work as part of a busy team and on own initiative

• Ability to prioritize tasks

• Attention to detail

• Any other reasonable duties

 

ESSENTIAL CRITICIA

• Driving licence

• Relevant experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

DESIRABLE SKILLS

• IT literate
