Written in-house, The GlobeWeigh Aweighsys Standard Weighing System has been designed to be an extremely cost-effective, flexible, entry-level solution for a broad range of industries. This system enables you to carry out a variety of industry-specific tasks depending on the version supplied. It is used in a variety of industries including:

It has the capability to manage the following tasks:

• Record all incoming load and outgoing loads
• Produce a comprehensive weighbridge docket containing details of customer, product, vehicle etc.
• Record similar transactions which are not weighing but are measured in units of quantity and volume
• Generate a range of management reports for business analysis
• Amend and reprint old dockets quickly and easily
• Integrate with accounts packages such as Sage with invoicing and pricing

This system can be extended to integrate with driver-operated panels and traffic control devices.

WinWeigh Weighbridge Management Software

We also offer WinWeigh Weighbridge Software by the Bilanciai Group for some of our larger clients. This user-friendly weighbridge software offers a considerable degree of operational flexibility for weighbridge management applications across a broad spectrum of industries, opening up new dimensions in the management of weighing data. It is utilised at hundreds of sites across Europe and automates weighbridge operations, allowing applications at single and multiple sites to be linked to a centralised location. Locations may even be in another country.

GlobeWeigh Group have installed WinWeigh within various organisations that we work closely with, including;

• Glanbia - Global leaders in performance nutrition, cheese, and ingredients production. We supplied a Yard Management System controlling identification of trucks and loads, which links to their factory management system. The system covers testing of milk, access control, drivers and vehicles. We installed WinWeigh on 4 Glanbia sites – Belview, Ballyragget, Virginia, and Wexford.
• Balcas - one of Britain and Ireland’s largest wood products suppliers. The weighbridge management system provides control for a remote site weighing timber in Invergordon, Scotland
• Glenmore Anaerobic Digestion Plant in Donegal - the new AD plant is designed to help tackle Northern Ireland’s poultry litter problem. The weighbridge software system monitors the AD plant, which also produces bottled gas for factories across Belfast
• Xergi in Ballymena – Xergi specialise in biogas and are dedicated to research and development. This is another AD plant installation where our weighbridge software solution has been implemented.
• BWSC Power Station in Lisahally, which generates 15.8 MWe is Northern Ireland’s largest green energy power station. The installation for BWSC controls traffic flow and fuel distribution for the plant. Our weighbridge software is also operational on this site.
