Labelling:

The new fully automatic price labeller GLM-levo 200, with integrated camera system for checking labels, delivers a performance currently unequalled in the industry.It weighs and labels at a throughput speed of up to 200 packs a minute and makes it particularly easy to switch products thanks to the plug-in label function with automatic configuration.

QR code on a thermal label. A standard solution can be installed quickly, cheaply and with no internal development expense on all labelling systems in the Bizerba GL-x series. It makes the traceability of all food products more transparent then ever – in text, graphics, audio and video.

Inspection:

The XRE x-ray scanner can even identify particles of glass, ceramic, PVC and stone. Its touchscreen operation and easy-to-use software means new products can be added in a flash, while integration with Bizerba software environment makes it possible to maintain and analyse article data centrally.

The Vision System BVS carries out a fully automatic packaging inspection from above and below with two cameras, to prevent even one faulty pack from leaving the production line. With statistics.BRAIN, the Bizerba software, data can be analysed centrally and compiled into reports in line with the latest HACCP standards.

Slicing and weighing:

The fully automatic A 550 slicer, with integrated weighing function. One special feature is that portions and individual slices of up to 300 grammes can be weighed in motion. The machine varies the thickness right after the first slice and saves an average of 15% give-away on every batch.
