Globeweigh has recently changed its company health scheme to the new Vitality Health & Life which has seen a whole new focus on health focus infect the company.  Everyone is running or walking and counting steps and generally taking a little more care of themselves. As part of the policy, we have all had a health check conducted in our Armagh office and on the whole everyone is pretty pleased with the results apart from a few extra pounds still hanging on after Christmas.
