September 2015 saw the completion of a project with another new customer, installing a labeller in Kerrs Bakery of Ballymena.
Being a well established and busy bakery throughout the north of Ireland they required a robust automatic labeller to withstand the rigors of a busy bakery floor, applying top and flash labels to various products ranging from pancakes to tray bakes.

After investing in two Bizerba GLM-L’s both lines are now running fast and efficiently. As a stand-alone unit or combined with a weighing and conveying system, the GLM-L fully automatic labeller feels at home in the toughest of conditions.

The GLM-L impresses by its ease of configuration and prompting. Maintenance is also particularly cost-effective and fast, thanks to Bizerba E-Services. The GLM-L applies thermal direct or thermal transfer printed labels up to a size of DIN A5.
